JUGGLING

1. If you don´t have juggling balls you can make them, following the instructions in the 1st video….you can also use tennis balls or a pair of socks.

2. Watch the following videos and practice the different exercises firstly with 2 balls and then with 3.

3. When you are ready, sent your video with your 3 best exercises by email  (educacionfisicajoanmiro@gmail.com or your PE teacher´s mail) 

4. You will have to send 3 different exercises every 10 days.  I will be uploading video tutorials with different juggling triks.

REMEMBER: THE MOST DIFFICULT YOUR TRICKS ARE THE BEST MARK YOU WILL GET
