Endurance training 4 

- Warm up: Moving joints 5´

- 3 x 10´running (2´rest between series). 

TOTAL WORKOUT: 30´

Endurance training 3

- Moving joints 5`

- 15´ Warm up (2 ´jogging – 1´walking) x 5 times

- (30″ fast running – 1´ walking) x 10 times

TOTAL WORKOUT: 35´

Endurance training 2

- 10´ Warm up (1 ´jogging – 1´walking) x 5 times

- (5´jogging/running – 1´walking) x 5 times

TOTAL WORKOUT: 40´

Endurance training (if you are in shape change walking for jogging and jogging for running faster)

- (2´jogging / 1´ walking) X 3 times

- (5´jogging /1´walking) X 2 times
